WINONA, MN (August 8, 2019) – As the Jaworski family settles into their new home in Winona, community members are eagerly anticipating the grand opening of NOSH – now called NOSH Scratch Kitchen – at 102 Walnut. Reconstruction consideration for the historic value of the 102 Walnut building and the family’s adjustment into the city & new school has pushed the estimated opening date to fall of 2019.

Greg Jaworski, founder of NOSH, an upscale farm-to-table restaurant in Lake City serving modern American cuisine, made the exciting decision last year to move the restaurant to the historic river town.

NOSH is set to become a great asset to the downtown Winona area. Community members will soon have the opportunity to enjoy delicious locally sourced, from-scratch food and the location will help bring more visitors to our beautiful historic district!
